My last three days were pretty routine. My energy and weight loss both stayed at a steady pace. I’m now finished and lost 16 pounds total and feel back the way I was before. I’m so happy I did the diet. Overall, the diet wasn’t that bad. It’s for such a short amount of time and it’s so exciting to weigh yourself each morning and know your losing weight. It gets better and easier as you go. All of my friends and people that I haven’t seen in a while have noticed. They see it instantly in my face. It’s been fun actually! I’m even tempted to keep on going.
I know it has changed my eating habits for the better.
